EXPRESS REGRETS ABOUT PAST ACTIONS

 In this time i`m going to explain how express regrets using modals verbs, so let's start.

Modals verbs have so many diferents ways of using, in this case we're going to use it for talk about something we regret

GRAMMAR AND USES: 

Subject + modal verbs + have + past participle + complement  

• Would is used when we are certain of something
• Could/May/Might are used for possibilities 
• Must is used when we have a conclusions 
• Should is used if we regret something 

EXAMPLES

• I should have learned english before because it`s important for my career.
• they may have gone to the doctor last week
• If we had arrived earlier, we would have caught our flight.
• You should have studied. You shouldn’t have played video games all weekend.
